EGOdemic® by Paul Kolberg tackles an urgent and pervasive issue that has silently gripped our global society: the mental health crisis. For readers seeking a deeper understanding of the mental health epidemic and a holistic approach to overcoming it, EGOdemic® is a must-read. EGOdemic® is intellectually stimulating, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about self-awareness and healing. It's worthy of more than five stars. I enjoyed it tremendously.

Review by: Leonard Smuts

The global health crisis takes many forms, but mental conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress are becoming increasingly prominent. The book quotes an array of statistics concerning mental illness and highlights the unfortunate stigma attached to it. In this philosophical work, the author unpacks the difference between religion and spirituality, using examples from the Bible, Kabbalah, and other inspirational texts. He explains our egotistical nature in detail, as well as our relationship with the entity that we call God. It comes at a time when more people are searching for guidance and will greatly assist
readers in their quest. Highly recommended.
